This International Women’s Day, we celebrate the hard work and dedication that the women of Patrick Morgan consistently bring to the team. Our firm benefits immensely from an even gender split, from the way we conduct our searches to the work we take into social mobility through the Patrick Morgan Foundation.
While we take pride in our even gender split, there is still plenty of work to be done. Change, of course, starts with small steps.
