This International Women’s Day, we celebrate the hard work and dedication that the women of Patrick Morgan consistently bring to the team. Our firm benefits immensely from an even gender split, from the way we conduct our searches to the work we take into social mobility through the Patrick Morgan Foundation.
While we take pride in our even gender split, there is still plenty of work to be done. Last year, our own Nina Ambasna-Jones wrote about the gender pay gap, its causes, and how the industry might go about actively remedying the problem in the years to come. Change, of course, starts with small steps. Like James writes, if we are serious about progress, we need to put what we preach into practice, and Patrick Morgan is glad to lead the while by embedding gender equity into our hiring practices and the work we do alongside our clients.
