EY appoints Raj Sharma as EY Americas Vice Chair. Raj succeeds Steve Payne, who was recently named EY Americas Deputy Managing Principal. Raj will lead more than 25,000 professionals across the EY Americas Consulting service line.
Ankura has boosted their London team with three new Senior Managing Directors. Lee Hale, Jonathan Brown and Richard Indge join the firm’s Risk, Forensics & Compliance practice.
L.E.K. Consulting has bolstered its Partner team in France with Jean-Phillippe Grosmaitre and Claudio Molinaro. Both new Partners join from Deloitte, where they were Partners in the Financial Advisory division.
BDO appoints Teresa Morahan as the first female Head of their Global Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) practice. Teresa has been an integral member of the global TMT industry team since the beginning of her career, and is also Head of Audit at BDO in Ireland.
London-based Bain Partner Richard Webster has been named the new global leader of Bain & Company’s Consumer Products practice. With over 20 years with the company, Richard has led Bain’s Consumer Products practice in Europe, Middle East and Africa since 2019, and now steps up to assume the practice’s top role.
PA Consulting Norway welcomes Clint Sookermany as a Partner and Head of the Financial Services team. Clint has more than 25 years of experience working in Financial Services, having led several large-scale strategy development and strategy implementation projects.
Jaime Arrastia joins Rothschild as a Managing Director in the Consumer, Retail & Leisure group, and a Vice Chairman for the Global Advisory business in North America. Prior to joining Rothschild, Jaime was a Managing Director in the Consumer & Retail Investment Banking Group at RBC Capital Markets.
Alvarez & Marsal Corporate Performance Improvement hired a new Senior Director, Jonathan Zanger. Jonathan joins with extensive digital transformation experience and a unique focus on IT strategy and operations.
BCG promoted Hubertus Meinecke to Global Leader of the company’s Climate and Sustainability practice. Hubertus has been with BCG for over 26 years and has served Industrial Goods clients across various sectors including automotive, machinery, aerospace and mining, helping them to become bionic and sustainable companies.
Oliver Wyman has appointed a new Partner within their German practice. Dr. Maximilian Majic will apply his Turnaround and Restructuring expertise to the team, with over twelve years experience advising automotive suppliers.
Audit and Advisory firm Johnston Carmichael has announced the appointment of a new Internal Audit and Controls Assurance partner. Former Big Four consultant Si Mathavan is based in the firm’s London office.
Willis Towers Watson has continued its recent spree of senior appointments with the hire of Joseph Noss. Arriving as a Senior Director, Joseph brings more than 15 years of experience to the company’s Climate and Resilience Hub.
HSBC Paris broadens their scope within their Continental Europe’s Corporate and Investment Banking practice with Valerie Vitter Mouradian. She retains her role as coverage banker on her current portfolio of large corporate groups and also becomes Head of the Public Sector, her scope now also covering all major public sector clients.
Alexander Wachtmeister takes on a new role as BCG’s Regional Leader for their Automotive and Mobility sector in Asia Pacific. The Managing Director and Senior Partner has been with the company for over 14 years.
Jenny Aylwin returns to the BCG London office after spending time in China. Jenny is a Managing Director and Partner within the Retail sector who specializes in large-scale transformations, with a focus on Commercial and Digital topics.
In the Netherlands, SparkOptimus, a digital strategy consultancy, appointed a new Chief Financial Officer: Susanne van Santen. Susanne brings over 15 years of experience in finance and financial advisory to the firm, most of which she gained in the professional services sector.
Arthur D. Little welcomes Oliver Golly to their Energy practice as a Partner in Germany. With over 14 years of strategy consulting at companies such as Strategy& and E. ON Connecting Energies, Oliver brings a plethora of experience.
Shawn Belovich joins AlixPartners in the US. The cybersecurity and compliance specialist has joined as a Managing Director in the firm’s Digital practice and will be based in their Washington DC office.
The London-based Financial Advisory specialist Interpath Advisory has appointed five new Directors across its Transactions and Restructuring practices. Natasha Harbinson, Alex Watkins, Sam Birchall, Nick Burberry and Rob Allard are part of the largest promotion round in the business’ 50 year history.
Alvarez & Marsal continues its transformation capabilities expansion with two Senior Director appointments. Al Criscuolo and Steve Kelly join bringing a combined 50 years’ experience leading technology-enabled finance transformation.
CGI has appointed a new Chief Sustainability Officer for its UK business. Mattie Yeta spent the last four years as Head of Sustainability in Group Strategy Technology for the Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs (Defra).
EY appoints Kazimierz Klonecki as their Consulting Managing Partner in Poland. With over 27 years at the firm, Kazimierz has developed one of the largest Cyber teams across Poland and the CESA region. Kazimierz succeeds Iwona Kozera, who has successfully transformed consulting, doubling the number of our experts and tripling the revenue figure. Iwona has recently assumed the position of EMEIA Consulting Deputy Managing Partner and will continue to be a member of EY Poland’s Executive Team.
Matthias Memminger, a former Partner at BCG, joins re:cap, a Berlin-based Fintech, as their Chief Strategy Officer. re:cap was founded in 2021 to provide companies in the subscription economy with a simple, fast and transparent way to finance growth by pre-funding recurring revenues within 48 hours.
INVERTO has bolstered their leadership team in London with a trio of senior hires. Sushank Agarwal joins the senior line-up as a Managing Director, while Daniel Drylie and Lina Tilley both join at Principal level, bringing over 40 years of combined procurement experience to the team.
Alvarez & Marsal appoint Barb Dawson as a Chicago-based Managing Director within their Corporate Performance Improvement practice. Barb brings more than 30 years of public and private sector technology and leadership experience.
Kroll welcomes Joshua Tucker as a Senior Advisor. Joshua will serve as a senior consultant on geopolitical issues impacting businesses and the global economy in their New York office.
Accenture has announced a new Global Head of Accenture Security, Paolo Dal Cin, who will also join Accenture’s Global Management committee. Paolo has led and built Accenture’s cybersecurity business in Central Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East, and brings over 19 years of Accenture experience.
Alvarez & Marsal has appointed Randy Fike as Managing Director within its Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) practice. Randy will focus on solving the complex supply chain disruption, resiliency, and recovery issues facing Private Equity firms seeking to unlock value. The firm also welcomes Scott White as a Senior Director to their San Francisco team, who specializes in compensation program design and development.
In Germany, A&M bolsters their global Transaction Advisory team in Germany with two new hires. Hinrich Grunwaldt joins as a Managing Director in Hamburg and Andreas Frisch as a Senior Director in Frankfurt to deepen the practice’s footprint in EMEA and provide enhanced cross-border financial due diligence support.
BDO UK welcomes two new partners to their Financial Services practice. Mads Hannibal arrives at the advisory and accounting firm from KPMG and will lead the firm’s authorisation practice. Rahoel Patel also joins with over a decade of experience, and will work alongside a range of Financial Services businesses, including wealth and asset managers, insurers and banks.
Glen Fietta joins Deloitte’s Corporate Turnaround team as a Partner. Glen was previously at AlixPartners for over 18 years and has held CFO, CRO, Transformation roles in a number of PE-owned and listed businesses.
KPMG in the UK has appointed Al Adedayo as a Partner in the Operations Team, where he will have a sector focus on Energy and Natural Resources. Al joins from EY, where he was the UK & Ireland Supply Chain lead in Business Consulting.
Jason Spencer joins EY-Parthenon in the UK as a Partner in the Strategy, Transactions, and Execution team. Jason specializes in pre-deal technology diligence and value creation, working closely with Private Equity and corporate clients.
AlixPartners deepens their Consumer and Retail Digital Capabilities with a new Managing Director, Olga Gareeva. Olga brings a wealth of experience designing and delivering strategic digital transformations
Alvarez & Marsal New York welcomes Simon Joyeux, formerly with EY, as a Managing Director bolstering A&M’s Life Sciences sector expertise. Simon has extensive cross-border expertise and direct working experience with C-suite executives, Private Equity firms, and transaction advisors.
The firm has also bolstered their London office with the hire of three new Managing Directors, Rav Hayer, Faisal Ahmad and Ian Foottit. Their combined experience and digital credibility will help to meet increasing demand from financial institutions for transformation solutions, backed by scalable digital solutions.

Oliver Wyman has entered into an agreement to acquire Booz Allen Hamilton’s management consulting business serving the Middle East and North Africa region. The acquired entity will join Oliver Wyman’s India, Middle East and Africa practice, further bolstering Oliver Wyman’s capabilities in both the Middle East and globally.
Accenture has made a strategic investment in Inrupt, a data management platform. Co-founded by communications pioneer Tim Berners-Lee, the enterprise software company focuses on empowering users with their personal data.
McKinsey & Company partners with Stripe, Alphabet Inc., Shopify and Meta to launch Frontier, an €850 million-backed venture that will help advance the use of carbon removal technologies.
Accenture France has completed the acquisition of AFD.TECH, an independent network engineering, operations and services company.
Deloitte has completed the acquisition of Etain, one of the UK and Ireland’s leading custom software and digital transformation specialists, seeing 70 technology experts join its ranks in Belfast.
EY has signed a share purchase agreement to acquire Ireland-based enterprise technology firm Client Solutions. The deal sees EY welcome around 180 professionals to its ranks.
Deloitte has closed a mini-acquisition in the sustainability technology space, integrating start-up OCT Emissions Solutions and its founding team into its Climate and Sustainability practice. OCT Emissions Solutions specializes in decarbonisation technology, including solutions for hydrogen, carbon sequestration and offsets, and carbon dioxide cleanup.
Dubai-headquartered engineering consulting WME has joined forces with Egis, a global player in the landscape. The addition of WME significantly bolsters Egis’ footprint in the Middle East, with the majority of the firm’s 550 employees working across the region. WME also has offices in the United Kingdom, India and Singapore.
CIC Consulting accompanied the founding shareholder of LM Trans Fret, founded in 2007 by Laurent Marquis, in its backing to the Malherbe Group.
EY-Parthenon has acquired Quantitative Scientific Solutions (QS-2), a Washington DC-based technology consulting firm that specializes in scientific, engineering and analytics. QS-2’s consultants focus on autonomous systems, artificial intelligence, machine learning and the application of biotechnology and aviation-related tools and assets in different industries.
Cylad Consulting, which specializes in strategy, business transformation and operational excellence in industrial sectors, has launched a new office in Geneva, adding a hub in the French-speaking part of Switzerland to its existing presence in Zurich.
KPMG’s Global Sports Advisory centre of excellence has spun off as an independent firm. Rebranded as ACE Advisory, the firm will offer a range of sport advisory services, while continuing its best known service: the Football Benchmark.
