Senior Associate
Marina joined the team in 2019 after finishing her degree in Creative Writing at the University of Warwick, and has worked on many aspects of the business: executive search, the development of Patrick Morgan Insight, the Patrick Morgan Foundation, and thought leadership. She’s an avid reader and writer, motorsport enthusiast, and adopted Londoner, bringing her passions to work as often as she can.
Currently, as a Senior Associate, she has wide coverage of functionalities and industries, including Strategy, Management Consulting, and Tax. She supports out clients across EMEA with their senior hires and strategies for improved Diversity and Inclusion practices.
